Ms. Shoffstall and Ms. Loftus first met when Johanne was appointed as a guardian ad litem in one of Leslie’s cases. The two stayed in touch, and when a need arose at Loftus Law for a qualified lawyer to share the workload, Johanne fit the bill. The two have been working together, along with other Loftus Law team members Kim Lyle, Andrea Azuzez, and Samantha Wulfsohn, since 2022.
In the past, Johanne has made presentations and been a keynote speaker on topics as far ranging as the Unlicensed Practice of Law, to Marital Settlement Agreements, to Domestic Violence.
